Personal Interests
Reading, writing and arithmetic-seriously! Writing with and about numbers has become a passion over the years. Communicating important information that is evident in data is a skill I constantly struggle to master and hope that I can share some bit of what I've learned to my students and my readers. What do I read? Anything within reach-the paper, the back of the cereal box, digital books on the web. I'm an eclectic reader (meaning I have no real taste of discernment!). Dogs, small children and other such vulnerable creatures capture my attention when I'm not working.
